This clinic is in the 2nd floor of a friendly green house. Access entrance on 10th Ave E, right next to the Barbershop, labeled "2401 1/2". There is parking in the lot behind the practice at "2401 1/2" signs after 4pm only, otherwise street parking is 1 and 2-hour. There is a bunch of extra street parking on the 10th Ave E bridge before the Roanoke bar, and a few spots across the street near the construction that is 2-hour.
